It's the story of George and Renan, a couple whose love story unfolded amidst the historic beauty of Neidpath Castle. This fairytale wedding was a day filled with love, laughter, and a few surprises along the way.
Neidpath Castle Wedding: A Timeless Venue with an Outlander Vibe
Before we dive into the details of George and Renan's magical day, let's take a moment to appreciate the venue that set the stage for their love story. Neidpath Castle, nestled along the River Tweed in Peebles, Scotland, is a true gem. With its rich history dating back to the 14th century, it provided the perfect backdrop for a fairytale wedding.
George and Renan started their wedding day by getting ready together in the tower of the castle. With Renan styling Georges hair and George assisting Renan with his waistcoat, it made for a cosy and calm start to the day.

A Day Filled with Music and Emotion
The couple's choice of music added an extra layer of magic to the day. As the Skye Boat Song played softly in the background during the signing of the register, there wasn't a dry eye in the room. The emotion and love between George and Renan were palpable, and I was honored to capture every tear and smile.
A Surprise Proposal by the Best Man
One of the highlights of the day was a heartwarming surprise. George's best man had prepared a touching speech, but little did Renan know that it would end with a surprise proposal and the best men became engaged! The moment was filled with laughter and joy, showcasing the strong bonds of friendship that surrounded this couple.
"Never Enough" for the First Dance
For their first dance, George and Renan chose "Never Enough" from The Greatest Showman soundtrack. It was a perfect choice that echoed the emotions and romance of their day. As they danced under the twinkling lights, it was a moment of pure enchantment.
